Analysis: Toe continues his dominant start to the season, now with back-to-back high points finishes. This isn’t a hot streak—this is a team operating at an elite level. The rest of the league is officially on notice. At this point, the question isn’t whether he’s returned to 2022 form, it’s whether he’s surpassed it. He’s the clear frontrunner for the championship.
2. Mr. steal yo Gurley
Analysis: Simon holds steady at the 2 spot, proving his team building strategy was worth the wait. His Taxi Squad investments continue to deliver, and his roster depth keeps him competitive week in and week out. He’s firmly established himself as the top challenger to Toe’s throne. Consistency will be key to staying in this position.
3. Flint Tropics
Analysis: Branden makes a big leap from 6th to 3rd, and there’s the Flint Tropics team we’ve been waiting for. His track record of strong in-season management is showing up right on schedule. He may have started slow, but this climb is a reminder of why you never count him out. Expect him to be a fixture in the top tier moving forward.
4. Losers
Analysis: Shane drops one spot but remains firmly in the top tier—a remarkable position for a team that entered the season with significant roster challenges. The early momentum has been impressive, and while a slight regression was expected, he’s still well ahead of preseason projections. If he can sustain this, he’ll be a playoff lock.
5. 🌵Death by Saguaro🌵
Analysis: Chad continues to slide, dropping another spot to 5th. Last season’s champion is still searching for the form that brought him the title. The roster is talented enough to compete, but the results haven’t matched expectations through three weeks. His ability to make in-season adjustments will be tested—it’s time to right the ship.
6. Salsa Dancers
Analysis: Roland makes a nice jump from 8th to 6th, and perhaps that boom-or-bust squad is starting to find some consistency. His mix of youthful talent and experienced players is starting to gel, and he’s quietly positioning himself as a playoff contender. If he can sustain this upward trajectory, he could be a dangerous team come playoff time.
7. 💥Mega Powers💥
Analysis: Brad drops a couple spots to 7th after a slower week. The high-upside players haven’t all hit their stride just yet, but the potential is still there. He’s still in the playoff conversation, but he’ll need to stabilize and find more consistency to avoid slipping further. The pieces are there—it’s about execution.
8. LeDark Horse
Analysis: AJ slides back down a spot to 8th. The consistency that has defined his past seasons continues to elude him early on. He’s maintained a solid roster, but solid isn’t enough in this competitive league. With a few strategic adjustments, he could climb back up, but the clock is starting to tick.
9. Band of Aces
