It’s Week 14…the week everyone has been anticipating. Our playoff seedings and matchups are set, and it is time to show what you’ve got! First-round byes go to Sandy Ravage and The Bad Guy (congrats on a job well done, gentlemen).

First-round matchups are:

3) Mr. steal yo Gurley vs. 6) Stairway to Seven
– Chad wins by the grit of his teeth and gets the pleasure of facing Simon, who has been on a roll lately.

4) Sincere Douche vs. 5) Nemesis
– JR backs his way into the playoffs, while Skip is lucky to be here. This is a high-variance matchup that could be a first-round slugfest or a snoozefest.

Remember:

1st place: “Best of the Fresh” $700
2nd place: “Kinda Fresh” $300
3rd place: “Not So Fresh” $100
Consolation Bracket Winner (7th place): “Best of the Unfresh”
Last place: “Putrid” (which features a stinking toilet…un-flushed by the way)

Seeds 7-12 are in the Consolation bracket, which means that we still have places 7-12 for which to fight:

9) The Great One vs. 12) KING of Bench Points
– Ronnie just barely missed the upset of the century, and gets to face the Prezident. Should be a snoozer!

10) Hostile Takeover vs. 11) Jacob High Rollers
– For the second consecutive season Jewel is the 10 seed, and she gets to face last year’s runner-up.

Seeds 13 and 14 (Henry P. McCoy and Pharaoh) will participate in a 3-week playoff for the “Putrid” trophy. The team with the least number of points in Weeks 14-16 will earn the “Putrid” trophy. Remember to set your lineups, or else!
